Cats welcome. Limit two. Must be declawed, spayed/neutered. $150 refundable pet deposit assuming that there is no damage. There is a $15/month pet rent fee.

FROM O'HARE AIRPORT: Take I-90 West to the Elmhurst Road exit, and head North on Elmhurst Rd. Proceed through first stop light. Turn left onto Enterprise Drive at entrance to The Colony. Rental office is located on the left. FROM I-90 EAST: Exit onto Arlington Heights Road and continue South to Higgins Road (Route 72). Head East on Higgins to Oakton Street, and continue East on Oakton to Elmhurst Road. Take Elmhurst Road North to Enterprise Drive, and turn left into The Colony Apartments.
